I went there when they first opened, and I was satisfied with everything from the clinic's reception and waiting system to the staff's kindness. Especially during the procedure, most of the time my eyes were closed so I didn't realize it was the head doctor, but they performed the treatment very meticulously. They listened to my skin concerns and, while explaining my skin's characteristics, only gave tips rather than outright recommendations about which procedures could easily improve it. I rated the expected surgical satisfaction at 3 points because the results didn't last very long, but since durability is very person-dependent and I was rarely this satisfied with the clinic overall, I'm raising it to 4 points.
