I just started going there because it was near my house, and after looking into nearby dermatology clinics I thought it seemed okay. The consultation wasn't very helpful.. After they suggested that I get an expensive embo injection costing several hundred thousand won for my blackhead concerns even though I was just 20, I stopped getting consultations and now just book the procedures I want online and go in for treatment.. You can't choose the doctor, it's always random. So far I've had hair removal, Pico Toning Care whitening peel, and Aqua Peel, and they're just not bad, but the Aqua Peel was expensive so it felt like a waste of money.. Also, even if I made a reservation, the waiting time (10-20 minutes) was often long, and the front desk was unfriendly, but the doctors were generally kind and nice.
