First of all, there are a lot of patients and the wait time is quite long. I think I waited 30-40 minutes. It was a simple procedure (masseter Botox), so I didn't need a lot of information, but I didn't feel like they gave me much information or any real expertise. It felt more like I was just being given instructions rather than getting a consultation. The result itself was satisfying, so I went back again.
