The consultation manager was a bit mechanical, but kind enough, and there was no pressure or anything like that. Since it was a small procedure, I didn’t have high expectations anyway, and I also couldn’t choose a specific doctor. The female doctor who did the procedure was still thorough in explaining things and performed it safely, so I was glad.
