There was a consultation fee, but I didn't feel like it was a waste of money. They looked closely at my face, and I got the impression they value overall facial harmony beyond just facial contouring. Even at the start of the consultation, they said that instead of making things too small and unnatural, they think about how to make someone look prettier. They didn't push for excessive surgery and only recommended liposuction, but I'm torn because I want something natural yet with a clear effect. Still, among the places I consulted, this is the one I trust the most. They have been doing facial contouring in one place for a long time, and I really liked how honest they were.
