It's completely factory-style, and there are a lot of doctors working there, so I think you have to get lucky with the doctor. I got assigned randomly and didn't even know who the doctor was, and it was kind of bad.. On the other hand, since it's factory-style, it seems like you can get Botox or fillers cheaply. But you do need to take the risk of landing a good doctor. The consultation also feels like they're just doing it because they have to work, and it's not especially kind or helpful. I think that's unavoidable in a factory-style place. And there are always a lot of people at the hospital, so I think the wait times are a bit long.
