I really booked surgery right after the consultation here. Director Kim said he would take out the maximum amount, but leave only the minimum fat necessary to consider side effects, and remove everything else. I have surgery coming up soon, and I'm already satisfied with the result, haha. I'll come back with slim arms ^^
