Because I had a very straight, barrel-shaped waist, my waist did come in a bit after the abdominal procedure! But they honestly told me that since I have a tendency to have visceral fat, I still need to exercise my lower belly! My arms also dropped nicely! I should have done my back at the same timeㅠㅠ I regret not having had my back done together.. Including the pubic area was a godsend. And the consultation manager was really kind.. When I was totally out of it and just sprawled in the waiting room, they took care of everything for me.
