A non-face-to-face consultation with the manager. Their replies on KakaoTalk were slow, so I was thinking of giving up, but they said a phone call would be better, so I did that and it was quick and to the point. The consultation manager didn't have the feel of a young, trendy consultant; the way they spoke and their voice sounded somewhat older, which I actually liked better! It really seems to vary from person to person, so I'm scared too. The good reviews are really good, but there are also a lot saying it's not.. The cost is definitely cheaper than other places. There are places that charge twice as much for just one area
