If you want something cost-effective for the arms while still being safe, I looked for a place that seemed decent. My weight is around average and it doesn't add extra charges for my weight, so the price was very good. In particular, the director apparently used to do model lines before, and it seems they have a long career, so it felt even more trustworthy.
