Overall it felt like a factory-style clinic, but the atmosphere was generally friendly and calm. There are about four directors, and in my experience Director Lee Dong-yeon was the most meticulous when performing the treatment. So I asked to get treated by the same director next time, but I gave up when they said it would cost extra. The hospital recently moved nearby, so it's cleaner now and the waiting area has become larger.
