I made the reservation through the app and went in. It was done with the Hi-CoolX machine. I think the doctor for the first session and the doctor for the second session were different. The second session hurt more and was more meticulous than the first. The embossing effect also lasted longer after the second session. As for the results, my redness improved, my sensitive allergic skin seems to have gotten a little better, and my pores seem slightly shallower. The facility was ordinary, and I washed my own face. I’m disappointed because the doctor seems to be hit-or-miss. The reason I gave a high score for consultation expertise is: They don’t recommend unnecessary procedures. During the period when I was getting exosome injections, I had already paid for temporal + zygomatic botox and forehead wrinkle botox and went in, but they told me temporal and zygomatic botox wasn’t necessary, so I canceled and paid again. I should have asked for the second doctor’s name. He was very meticulous and good.. I have one more session left.
