It has been 2 weeks since I had square jaw + chin surgery at Gyareumhan. At first, because of the swelling, it looked so square that I felt devastated, but once the swelling went down, it became slim and really pretty. The director's surgical skill seems top-notch. After surgery, I could feel all sensation in my entire face, including my chin, and I didn't have a drain. The director also seemed proud of that, and after the surgery I felt they had every right to be. Still, it seems like their style is to preserve the angle behind the ear and aim for a natural result, so please keep that in mind.
