They tailor the procedure to your face shape, so I've been going regularly. It feels like there is no pushy recommending at all. It's not a factory-style clinic, but rather they seem to recommend only the procedures that are truly necessary. Even if I make an appointment and go, I feel like the wait is about 10 minutes longer, so I think I should go with plenty of time.
