I had nose surgery in 2021 and came for a consultation because of contracture. I had my nose revision here in January. They did it with mini autologous costal cartilage, and the bridge and tip line seem better than in my first surgery. The swelling and scar are still a little bothering me, but since it hasn't been long since the surgery, I plan to give it time and watch how it goes.
