I finally finished all my consultations for revision nose surgery, and this was the last place I visited, so it stuck in my memory more, and I wanted to write it down before I forgot. At first, I was thinking about revision surgery because the tip of my nose was drooping, and they carefully checked with a CT scan and said the support structure was too weak, which was why the tip drooped. They also drew out the nose line with a virtual simulation. And they said autologous costal cartilage would be the appropriate material if I wanted to redo it into the line I wanted, but they didn't push me by saying I absolutely had to use autologous costal cartilage. I liked that they seemed to make the cartilage harvest small too, but the autologous costal cartilage itself feels burdensome, so I'm still debating whether to do the revision nose surgery at all.
