I've had consultations twice. I had high expectations, but during the first consultation they didn't spend much time with me, and during the second they looked at me in a bit more detail. They seem good at analyzing faces and are very confident, but they also have a bit of a stubborn streak, so I think only people whose opinions match mine should go there!
