The doctor was very kind (there was no stiff doctor-like feeling at all), and the consultation was thorough and good. The staff were all kind too, so I was able to go there feeling good. I had fillers a few times, and the doctor had a lot of filler experience and made it absolutely not overdone, very naturally.
