I went to get fillers after seeing the app, and since it was a weekday, there weren’t that many people. I was a bit worried because the reviews said the front desk staff were rude, but it was just average and fine. I filled out a simple chart, consulted with the manager about what to do, got the cost explained, paid, and waited a little. Then I put on numbing cream and went in for the procedure. The director was really kind. He asked if I had ever gotten fillers before, whether it hurt in between, and explained all the precautions in detail without missing anything.
