It's a factory-style clinic, but since it's for a light procedure and runs in a very systematic way, I'd still recommend it even accounting for that. The staff are all kind and the wait is short. They also have foreign staff on site, so you can visit even if your Korean isn't very good. Laser hair removal was on the cheaper side, so it hurt a little, but it finished quickly and was tolerable.
