That was the only hospital visit after surgery, but when I contacted them a few months later because my armpit started hurting again, they said the surgery had gone well and told me to get checked at another surgical clinic, so I paid over 100,000 won for a breast ultrasound, and they said the accessory breast tissue was still there. So I contacted the hospital again and visited, and they explained that the accessory breast tissue was attached too close to the armpit, so to remove it completely they would have had to remove underarm skin and stitch it up, which would leave a big scar, so they didn’t do that. I wish they had explained that from the beginning.
