The consultation is handled by the consultation manager, and there is basically no consultation with the doctor at all. If you’ve already decided exactly what you want done to your own face, maybe it’s okay? The staff are fairly kind, but the aftercare time after procedures differs from staff member to staff member (the order is the same, but the time it takes is a bit different), which is a little odd. And the thing I liked least was that maybe the doctor wasn’t checking the chart or was only glancing at it, because the way they handled aftercare during the procedure changed. There were cases where they suddenly cared for the area I didn’t want touched. Once you pay and register, they seem polite on the surface, but it feels sloppy anyway. In short, disappointing.
