I went because I heard this place was famous for removing scar tissue. For someone with a lot of thread material, it might be cost-effective. I deliberately went there thinking they must have done a lot of these, but there wasn’t anything particularly special. It was good that they removed the thread material and also did a laser treatment to prevent scarring. But communication at the hospital was terrible. No one knew about the customer prepayment rights, and no one took care of them. It seems like the chart wasn’t recorded properly. They do seem to have some communication, but there’s no substance. No one knows the correct price of the procedure. Because the arrangements weren’t done properly, I stayed anxious and suspicious throughout the treatment. In the end, they skipped one procedure, proceeded with the treatment, and then acted like it was my fault for not saying I’d use the prepayment. I clearly said the name of the procedure I had prepaid for and asked them to do it together that day. If they had looked at my chart even once, they would have known that procedure meant the prepayment. They have absolutely no flexibility. They should have at least asked. Again, they did the whole ‘then pay again’ routine. No more words. Never going back
