The doctors were kind, but the price is way too expensive. What stood out to me was that the consultation staff kept recommending a lot of procedures (a young consultant) and it felt like they kept trying to beat me down. I also know these procedures well, but from a patient's point of view I strongly felt like they were just trying to squeeze out extra procedures without thinking about the person receiving them. The other staff were kind, so I still gave 3 stars. The good part is that, except for that young consultation staff member, everyone was very kind, and above all, the procedures by Director Kim Hee-jin were so good. The other doctors weren't bad either, but Director Kim Hee-jin really looks at things from the customer's perspective and is very skilled. You can tell she isn't doing things carelessly. Still, the procedures weren't as effective as I expected. I think the result would have been different if I had received them from the director three times. (The other doctors were good too) It was disappointing that I couldn't choose the doctor. This isn't because there was a problem with the other doctors' skill, but because I still think it's better to receive treatment from the same doctor so the procedure stays consistent and is more effective.
