It's expensive, and so is Shurink... But the effect was immediate. I'm not sure about Botox, but maybe because of the design and the way it was placed, Shurink tightened right away. I had some sunken cheeks, but that disappeared too... However, the consultation manager pushed for extra charges and wasn't very kind. The doctor was kind.
