They made my arms look bony. I had my abdomen and thighs done at other places, but this was the one with the least scarring. That may be because the arms are smaller in volume to begin with, but this was the first place where I was satisfied with the scars themselves. People who don't know I had surgery always say my arms are thin and nice every day
