Everyone there was kind, from the manager to the staff at the front, so that was nice right away. The director studied my face closely as soon as I sat down, and it felt like they were genuinely thinking about my facial balance and proportions. What stood out to me most was that they did not just look at my face shape, but explained things after looking at my overall image, and I felt it was a very helpful consultation. Even though it was a contouring consultation, I liked that they also pointed out that I could get better results from other areas too, and it made sense. They even told me that other procedures could give more effect, but that they personally would not do them... I was surprised by how honest the consultation was. Maybe because of their long experience, they seemed to have a sharp eye, and I liked that they spoke so frankly and without any sugarcoating. It was a helpful time because I could learn about things I had not usually thought about.
