The director is kind, but out of the two female managers, one kept giving guidance while looking at her phone, and I had a consultation with the other one. As someone getting facial surgery for the first time, I was worried and wanted more time to talk, but she was busy with cost explanations and gave me the impression that she was pushing for me to schedule surgery. Because the clinic was famous on YouTube, I had high expectations, and there were often posts in plastic surgery cafes saying the director had good skills, so my expectations were high. But trust in the hospital is important to me, and unlike other hospitals, the female managers lacked expertise in consultations tailored to customer needs. Even though you do surgery trusting the doctor, the poor first impression from the front desk made my desire to pay for surgery disappear completely.
