First of all, the staff are kind and they listen well to what I want. I was treated by a female doctor, and she was kind, but the treatments are a bit inconsistent: some sessions are done carefully, and some are a bit rough. I think it would be good to make sure to say during the consultation that you want a meticulous treatment!!
