The director was kinder than I expected, which was nice. They also gave good service, which was nice. They did the molding well, and the before-and-after difference was clear, which I liked. But there was a bit of a wait, and when seeing multiple treatments, it seemed like the director was busy and forgot some things. It was a little disappointing that I had to remember and ask, 'Why didn't you do this?'
