I have a face with prominent square jaws and severe asymmetry. The director first checked the CT images and initially suggested round angle reduction, but after looking at my face photos and examining my face, they said I had a lot of soft tissue and it would sag, and if they did round angle reduction too, even my chin would sag, so they spent a long time thinking about the surgical method and decided on long curved bone resection + T-osteotomy, saying not to touch the chin muscles. The facility wasn't very large, and when I went, the CT machine was broken and under repair, so I felt kind of... uneasy? anxious? about it. But the director's consultation was really good, and even beyond the area I came in for, they pointed out which parts of my overall facial shape were weaknesses. It matched the problems I had been thinking about, and they also suggested possible ways to fix them later, so I was satisfied~
