The director was very confident and spent almost an hour explaining things, and I liked that he talked about the overall balance of the face, not just the facial contour. My chin is on the short side, so I have a double chin, and he said that if I only did the two procedures on the cheekbones and jaw, the double chin would not improve. Still, another hospital said two procedures would be fine, so in the end I only had the two done, but,, as he said back then, the double chin is still there, so I do regret not doing the three-procedure option
