My calves are thicker than my thighs, so I went in because I had Botox before and it hurt so much that I felt I couldn’t do it regularly. Hiding them with long skirts and baggy pants has its limits, and they seemed even more noticeable in photos, so I was stressed and went for a muscle reduction consultation The director’s way of speaking during the consultation is pretty casual, but when it comes to surgery they explain things very passionately, And as I kept talking, I started thinking that for someone like me with really severe muscle bulk, surgery once would be much better than Botox..
