You recommended against cheekbone surgery, so after thinking it over I decided to follow your advice... The swelling was truly almost nonexistent, so I was a bit surprised. It will soon be 5 months since the surgery, and I think it has been safely completed without any side effects. My side profile improved a lot, but the front view did not change much, so that is a little disappointing.
