I had the procedure done twice in total and was satisfied. I was worried about asymmetry, and they treated it well according to that. The director was extremely meticulous when performing the procedure, and also gave very good consultations about other concerns and was kind. They made it look natural without being obvious. Most of the filler is gone now, but I ended up with a much better lip shape.
