I went to consult about contouring surgery. When I explained the parts I was worried about, they explained the surgical method that fit those concerns, which I liked. They also threw in some pretty direct reality checks. And the estimate was much higher than other hospitals, so honestly I don't think I'll get surgery here. Still, the staff were kind.
