This place is inside a department store, so the facilities are really, really nice. It used to have a different name, not Abijoo, and then it changed. I had been going there since before the name change, and even after the name changed, most of the staff stayed the same, so I kept going. I used to go because it was near my workplace, and since it was inside a department store, a lot of somewhat refined older ladies came there? (I don't know what it's like now.) This was the first branch where I got to know this franchise clinic. So I kept going, then I tried another branch, and I was honestly shocked... because of the facilities. lol This branch has the best facilities. It was factory-style, but communication among the consultation manager, the youngest nurse organizing the waiting line, the doctor doing the procedure, and the nurse assisting beside them was still pretty good. But after it changed to Abijoo, communication got worse and there were even more people, so I remember not going back after that.
