Even if you book in advance, it really takes a very, very long time. Still, almost all the staff are kind. The doctors seem to change each time, and I think the faces were different, but they are kind. The only thing is that when getting hair removal, once you go beyond 5 sessions, it starts hurting like crazy. Still, the results are good
