As soon as I first met the manager, they said the director was really blunt lol, and told me not to take it badly.. But I actually think being blunt is better than speaking vaguely and roundabout, because it makes it easier to figure out my conditions, and it suited me well! And the manager said it would be better to look around a bit before coming here first. I think so too, because after the consultation I could see why they said that. They explained things in more detail than I expected, so if you compare with other hospitals and ask questions, it feels like they would explain things well. They explained until the patient understood lol Also, they clearly told me the best option and the next best option for my current condition, which I liked. And I also liked that the director had experience with double-jaw surgery before. So it felt like they recommended double-jaw surgery right away! The manager spoke very carefully, was very empathetic, and seemed to have quite a bit of experience, which made me trust this hospital even more..?!
