I had it without sedation, and the scars at the 3 armpit spots are barely visible, but the scar behind the shoulder is clearly visible. It probably won’t go away, but I personally don’t really mind... If it bothers you, I’d reconsider. After about 2 weeks, the major swelling and bruising are basically gone, and I’m not unhappy with the result.
