I got aegyo filler 3 times and my eyes were the type where it all spread out, so I couldn't even imagine doing anything, but the reviews were so good that I booked a consultation. Since my eyes had no aegyosal at all, they said I would also need lower eyelid fat repositioning, so it was expensive, but I went ahead with surgery thinking I'd give it a try. The result was that even after the first fat graft, I was very happy. I think I realized for the first time how important the aegyosal area under the eyes is. But after 2 months, a lot of it had gone down, and when I showed the before-and-after photos, it did create aegyosal compared to before. I had the second fat graft 7 days ago, and I love it. They said because of adhesion from the lower canthoplasty incision site, it would be difficult to graft all the way to the end under the eyes, but for the second fat graft they apparently did a slight dissection and put it in all the way to the scar area. They don't have a highly professional consultation style or anything, but they're plainspoken, unadorned, and say no when something can't be done. The staff are all kind. Anyway, I'm so satisfied so far, it's among the top 3 best cosmetic surgeries I've had... I'm even putting on Borphyrin and eating well haha. I sincerely hope it takes and stays this way...
