The overall consultation was comfortable, and the manager was gentle and there was no pushy reservation pressure, which was nice. They didn't recommend anything unnecessary, so that was good, but even though I brought photos, there was no need to take them out. It felt like they explained the big picture rather than the specific details. And it was nice that the consultation was quick. Almost no waiting time.
