The doctor is kind and does not recommend anything beyond what the patient wants, which is ethical, but on the other hand, since the patient may not know everything, it might also be good for the doctor to suggest a few different directions to the patient even if it costs more. The hospital is clean, small-scale, and feels not very commercial.
