You cannot meet the doctor until right before the procedure. The staff are also rude. The manager does the consultation, and there are several doctors, and when it is time for the procedure they wear masks and then just say, "It's finished~" and leave quickly, so I don't even know who is who. It's just a place where you get procedures because it's cheap.
