They proceed in a natural, improvement-focused way and don’t do anything overly aggressive. In my opinion, people who are already a little lacking and need improvement will probably get the biggest transformation if they go there. The consultation was quite detailed. They answered very specific questions and weren’t especially warm, but they discussed things seriously and with concern.
