After the hospital was moved following the construction, the facilities became much better. Strangely enough, every time I get toning + vitamin care here, my face feels a bit brighter, so even though I hate periodic toning because it's a hassle, I'm buying packages again and going. From my experience, it doesn't seem effective on big marks like pigmentation, but it does seem to help improve tone.
