I made a reservation and put down a 1 million won deposit, but I canceled a few days in advance because of personal reasons. I was told that the full deposit was nonrefundable, and that postponing the schedule was also impossible unless I deposited an additional 1 million won. On top of that, I was told to pay back the 332,000 won Botox fee I had received for an additional surgery, so even though I never had the surgery, I was charged 1,332,000 won. I was also embarrassed because I had not been given any price information for the Botox before the procedure, and when I asked about a refund under consumer law, I was told it was impossible because I had already signed a nonrefund agreement. When I canceled my reservation, the manager sighed and acted completely different from during the consultation, asking why I was making things difficult for her. But I already paid the full 1.33 million won, so what would be difficult? I did not even argue and demand a refund; I only asked carefully whether it might be possible, and she snapped at me..^^ They were so different from the consultation that I thought it was a different person^^ If complications happen after surgery at this hospital, just imagining that they would respond with this attitude gives me chills.
