I had my first surgery there when I was young, and they did make it pretty and natural, but it gradually started to loosen My nose was humped, but they shaved it down well and I had no side effects, and it was cheap! The downside is that I asked them not to put in an implant, so it ended up being too natural If I don't mention it first, people don't really know I had surgery. There were also tons of people there.
