I went to consult about under-eye fat repositioning, but from what I heard it just seems like fat removal. They said it was a laser-based technique, but when I asked how they fix it after removal and repositioning, they said it isn't a fixation method. As far as I know, repositioning means moving the fat and fixing it in place, but here it feels like they're just removing it. Am I misunderstanding? My appointment was at 4, but I left because I couldn't see the doctor until 5. The other two places felt similar, so I booked in Seoul
