The director had a warm, friendly impression and was kind. The staff were kind too, but somehow... after surgery, while the anesthesia was wearing off and I was half-asleep, they were watching me and telling me to write a review, which was a little awkward. Since that was not something they had mentioned before surgery, it felt a bit unexpected. Still, overall they were kind and the facility was good too.
